Ticket Not Booked. But Charged By CC AvenueJan

I had booked tickets from PVR website on 24th Dec for the movie 3 Idiots for PVR Mulund. But due to some glitch Rs.720 was debited from my HDFC bank vide transaction number CCA091218864-Avenues (India) Ltd. But I did not receive any confirmation. Instead a message was displayed as Transaction not Successful. You amount will be credited back.
It’s been more than 7 days till now I have not received my refund. Neither any person from PVR has contacted me. I have given them three reminders on their mail id mentioned in Website but in vain.
