I have purchased the IFB washing machine about 10 months back. The guarantee for this machine is 4years. In spite of several requests with different officers and staff they have not attended the repair so far. Very poor response from the service department and very poor service from IFB Washing machine manufacturers.

Incase of any concerns with ifb, please mail to contact number and address to customerservice@ifbglobal.com and they resolve the complaint and always ensure customer satisfaction. I have also experienced the same. Very good customer service
