Pathetic Service After Sales – Willing to Go Consumer CourtJan

Sir,
On 25 Mar 2009, I bought IFB washing machine model no. 6563 ( Account No. 1837229 ) from Arvee Electronics.
I am disappointed because the service you provided after the purchase is pathetic. The product given to me is defective which I am complaining from day one. But there is nobody in IFB to listen to customer after sale is done. I registered complaints so many time but without any solution they get closed and when I chase in customer care they just like a fool says only one typical answer. That is “We will escalate it soon”.
Nobody in customer care gives number of a senior authority to whom I can speak. I got number of Ms Ankita Srivastav who is service In charge of my area and madam is very busy she never picks up her phone and by chance she picks her phone makes false commitments that she will send an engineer, never stand by her commitments and don’t even bother to call back and confirm whether the service is provided or not.
I will not waste and talk about previous complaints (TT-3817315), the recent one was logged in on 27th Nov 2009 and till date I am calling customer care & Ms Ankita so called service in charge and good for nothing female to know when engineer will come.
Over and above this in my last call she said,
“Madam apko apni machine theek karwani hai na tho wait karo nahi tho jahan tak jana hai jao and don’t call me”
Every time answer I get from her is Engineer is on leave, he is out of town as if IFB have only one engineer who is going to visit my place. I am poor customer and giving a call on the daily basis in customer care but nobody from IFB bother to revert back.
This kind of services is not at all acceptable. This is in breach of our contract as laid down by the law. To resolve the problem I require you to either refund/ replace my machine ASAP whilst reserving my right to claim against you.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for one more day before arranging for the matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from Trading Standards, consumer group, solicitor etc.
If you fail to attend the service, Going in Consumer Court. My Latest Complaint Number was 3817315.
