Respected Sir,
This is vignesh from tiruvarur which is in tamilnadu. We bought a onida oxygen 300 tv which is 29 inches on 2nd january 2009. After three month tv starts a problem. So i complaint in onida service centre 23 april 2009 but the serviceman not perfectly solve the problem.
Due to this once again i complaint in onida service centre 15 september 2009. From the date the serviceman not come to solve the problem still. He is cheating me. Due to this i am fully upset. This is the right way treating the customer like this? I Hope you that you may solve my tv problem. Otherwise i advise my friend not to buy any other onida product.
