Sir,
With reference to our request no . 2131915648 on 31/12/2009 as per our telephonic request, We request you to deactivate the Vodafone no. 9654232369, has been misplaced and misused. This no had been already deactivated on 4 September 2009, but on 10 sep. 2009 this no. has been again activated by unknown person.

This has been done without our authorization. we are not responsible to pay the bill for the same no from 4 sep. 2009 onward. All the payment made after 4 sep 2009 should be refunded. So please deactivated this no. forever .

So Plz Send me Reply Once You Receive This Complaint.

Dear Sir,
I am V.Pandu, staying at road no.11, Banjara hills, Hyderabad, I have purchased mobile with sim card from BIG-C show room, green lands, ameerpet, hyderabad on 05.06.2010.

I lost my mobile with SIM card today morning 11.00am , kindly block my sim immediately.
Vodaphone no.9703600412, SIM no:899113004016549758. My alternative mobile no. is 9949016332. If possible please trace my mobile also.

Mobile make: NOKIA, Model: 1661-2 Grey, IMEI No.351997041579493, Bill No.005193 dated 05.06.2010.
