Dear Sir,
With ref to above I have lodged a complaint regarding manufacturing defect of my Reebok shoe. In the last 35 years, of my involvement in games & sports as a player and as a sports Administrator. I have never seen both the shoe opening from the arches of the foot smaller cut of about 2 inches on both the shoe.
I would like to hear answer of my complaint from your experts of Bio-Mechanics & department of research & development. If they are unable to answer. My complaint should be reconsider for replacement.

I purchased a shoe and a pair of socks from your showroom at JHV Mall in varanasi on 6th april 2010. The shoe has some manufacturing defect in its sole and the socks are also not ok. I have already given the shoe back in the showroom.I want it to be exchanged but they said they will repair it. Since i got the defect the very day i purchased it i want it to be replaced by a new one or get it exchange it with some other footwear . They dint take the socks, but since it is a defect of the product i want it to be replaced too..
