I bought a shirt as a gift. The sales person said I could return the shirt if it didn’t fit. I went back to the store the following week to return the shirt and get a bigger size. They refused to let me exchange it for a bigger size and refused to give me my money back even when we said we would pay the extra money for tax just to exchange it.
I had my receipt, the item was never worn and it still had the tags on it. Nothing was damaged in anyway. They said they do not return items bought even if it was a gift and even if they said I could return it at the time of my sale. The manager was also rude to us. I will never shop there again.
