Touchpad G550-G6Q Battery Charging Issue

Hi,

I purchased a Lenovo G550 laptop 4 days ago. My problem is that the touchpad doesn’t respond when the charger is connected (even if charger is switched off). When the charger pin is taken off, it works smoothly!

How can I resolve this issue?
