Respected Sir,
I had insured my house for 16 years from Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd Satna (MP)-485001 vide policy No.272/2007. On 08/04/2009 a fired accident occurred in my house due to cooking gas Cylinder and a lot of loss of my insured house becomes. On 09/04/2009 i.e. on day later I informed to said Insurance Co.in this regard. A survey team of Oriental Insurance co. has come my house and surveyed the defected rooms of my house and has assessed loss for Rs.23,413/-.

As per direction of Oriental Insurance co. official all required documents have been deposited to Oriental Insurance co. on 22/04/2009 for claim of insurance cover. However, Orienatal co. Satna (MP)-485001 neither given insurance claim nor any information given in this regard. Another reminder also given along with all enclosures deposited earlier for claim but no information received as yet.
