I Surinder Kaur, W/o. Sodhi Singh Policy no.162848649, had submitted a cheque( No. 163885 of sbi) of Rs.7999 as a premium amount in may 2008. But after some time LIC office send me a letter saying that they have lost my cheque and ask me to give again the amount. I submitted the amount and the late fee. But now in Nov.2009 LIC of india has cashed the cheque without any information.
