Rip Off, Shipping And Handling Charges Of $90.00Apr

I watched the Garry Vac program on 12/5/09, it looked very impressive, and so I ordered 1 that day. I was looking for a lighter Vacuum to purchase. I currently own a Kirby, which is getting to heavy for me. I received my new Vacuum on 12/12/09 and tried it out. To my disappointment it did not pick up the pet hair, not even by going back and forth. Pet hair is a big issue for me and since it won’t pick up like advertised I do not want to keep the vacumn.
I called to return it and was told I would not be refunded the 49.99 shipping and handling and I would have to pay to ship it back and non-refundable, and also the vacumn bags that I paid $9.99 for I would not be refunded, so I feel this is a total rip off when I would not be refunded for trying this vacumn out when it is to be satisfaction guaranteed. Why should I have to pay in shipping and handling charges all together $90.00 to try out a new vacumn for 1 day?
