Dear sir,

I am a Railway pensioner drawing monthly pension through SBI/Guntakal branch since June 2008. My Bank (SB) Account no.is 11107112272 and my PPO No. is 59011104052. I retired on 31-05-2008. My pension for November 2009 is not credited to my account though I have submitted my ‘Life-Certificate’ on 05-11-2009 getting endorsement in my Pass-Book. When I inquired on 18-12-2009, the Relationship Manager told that the ‘Life-Certificate’ might have been misplaced and I have been asked to submit one more such certificate.

I have given one certificate to him on 18-12-2009. But yet the pension is not yet fed. I, once again asked about my pension on 30-12-2009. This time also same reply came forth, asking me to re-submit the ‘Life-Certificate’ I have given one more ‘Life-Certificate’ to him on 30-12-2009. But yet the pension is not drawn. This is the fate of the customers of SBI, a great dedicated banking service, only for advertisement!!!
