Sir,

I am having a saving account in your branch, my Account number is 30205570157. It is very astonishing that even after more than two years of opening of my account, my signature has not being put in the computer, because of which neither I am able to withdraw money from my account nor I am able to get my Cheque cleared from other parts of the country. Hence having an account in CBS branch is of no use to me.

So I request you to kindly direct your concerned staff to incorporate my signature in the computer so that I can avail the facilities of a CBS branch.
