Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference cited above, I would like to confirm you that yesterday i.e. on 31.12.2009 at 10.08 AM, I went to Axis Bank ATM (ATM ID No.- S1AC2843) at R.B.C.Road, DumDum, Kolkata-28 to Withdraw Rs.9000/- and accordingly i inserted the card and selected the button for withdrawal of Rs 9000/- Bad luck would have it, No money came out from the ATM and after few seconds my Debit Card automatically came out.

I again inserted the Debit Card and surprisingly noted that Rs.9000/- debited from my account. So, you are requested to please credit Rs 9000/- immediately to my account as I am urgently needs of money. Your prompt action is solicited.
