Was told that Hyundai would work with me on overdue 2 months on car payment due to economy. Thought I was speaking to a supervisor and to find out it was all a lie. My car was reposed. I have nothing good to say about this finance company other than these few choice words; rude, annoying, lying, unprofessional, and most of all harassing with the phone calls. Do not get finance through these people.

yes, I agree today I spoke with a man name Charlie who refused to give his last name and refused to put a Manager on the phone after my Daughter asked him too. My Daughter’s Grandma co-signed for her and both my Daughter and her Grandma have tried to get two of her payments deferred,my Daughter has made five extra payments that this company has excepted yet, they never deferred her payments and reposed her vehicle today.
They won’t tell her where it is and all her baby’s things are in the car.She has tried to take care of this matter for over a year,they never called, or sent any notices. every time she talked to some one at this company they told her some thing different. they are very rude,annoying,they pass the buck, they lie, they are extremely unprofessional. first Charlie said my Daughter could give her permission to talk to me but when it came time to do that he said no he couldn’t. There is nothing good to say about this company.
I have my own car loan and have never had a problem like my Daughter has and I have had to get a deferment before.
This company needs to be stopped from preying on people I think a class action suit is in order.
