Dear Sir,

We took a loan of Rs.68,00,000 (Rupees Sixty eight lacks only) from LIC Housing Finance Ltd. LOAN A/C. NO.011013627 in March 2007. Now we paid them 750000.00 (Rupees Seven lacks fifty thousand only) in November 2009 in addition to normal EMI they have charged 2% as pre-payment penalty.

Now we want this loan to be taken over by Bank of Maharashtra as BOM interest rate is 8.5% and LIC housing finance rate of interest is 10.50%. LIC Housing saying that they will charge 2% as pre-payment penalty on take over amount. We requested you to intervene and save our pre-payment penalty.

Sir,

I had taken loan amount for Rs. 23 lakhs last year 2008. LIC to note that till date I was not been sent any statement of loan dispersed and EMI that i have pay monthly. I strongly feel that LIC has failed to do good service even after requesting with agents. LIC agents are very keen on only appointing customers during initial stage. Once the customer is allotted to that agents he fails to do service. You may please let me know the action of taking to satisfy the customer.

I had requested for additional loan amount from the existing loan, which was promised by your agent. Based on his confirmation I had undergone for buying house, since I was eligible to get the amount for the want of my house.

to inform you I had taken loan in tirupathi my loan account no. is 048013375.

Please suggest me course of action that I have to take. Kindly intervene and inform you agent to talk me and also meet me.

If you need to enhance your loan amount, Simply visit the nearest LIC branch and meet the branch manager along with your previous repayment track records of your existing housing loan.

Sure, they will consider to enhance your loan.

Hi,

I took a home loan of Rs.18,50,000/- in April-09 at the rate of 8.75% but only after 2 months they have increasing their EMI with out any intimation. When I check with LIC office they told me that their ROI has change from 8.75% to 10%. Do They send letter for this change.

Please suggest what should I do? Do i change my bank? Because difference of Interest I am paying is not more than they charge for pre-payment.

I have applied for an additional Home loan amount of Rs.300000/- from Pondicherry Branch. And I have paid Rs.3000/- as processing fees. But so for I did not received any reply from the Branch. Hence, I request you to return back the processing fees and relevant document to me immediately.

And also I am willing to transfer my Home loan from Lic Housing Finance, Vellore to HDFC, Villupuram Branch, I request to send the details of monthly premium (Installments) paid to LIC, for the past two years in order to submit the same to the HDFC Bank. MY Home loan account No. is 29007727, customer name P.Rajamani, No. 92, Seenuvasa nagar, K.K. nagar Extension, Salamedu, Viluppuram and Post. Pincode 605 602.

The Branch Manager, Pondicherry has not visited my house even a single time and has not taken any steps to timely provide the loan. For what purpose they are collecting the processing fees from customer? Please clarify my question. They are simply sitting in the office and enjoying the customer money. As I am not satisfied with the LIC Housing Finance Ltd., Please transfer my Home loan account to HDFC Bank.
