Dear sir/madam,
As i had taken personal loan from citibank in 30-06-2007 and my loan account no : PRW-BSS-1494767 and i was paying promptly thought ECS from vijaya bank and i had changed my bank to a HDFC.
So i had given different cheques for the clearence of EMI of the HDFC bank in sep 2009. Till now it is not clearing from my new account. The executive had taken the cheques and ran away. Didn’t understand what i should do Now?
