I have an extended warranty contract with fidelity warranty service and had to have my truck worked on at Gerry Raymond Dodge. The warranty contract provides a rental car which the dealer set up for me the work was done 4-28-09 we paid the insurance deductable and the additional day rental that the contract did not cover to the dealership when the truck was picked up. My wife took the car back to the rental company and said she think I owe you for an additional day and the lady there said no you already paid the dealer ship which set up the rental and that enterprise willm bill then.

Not in till August 2009 did we hear from enterprise again saying that the dealership had closed and now we owe the money. I checked with the warranty company and they said we did not owe anything that the bill was completely paid to Gerry Raymond and the rental company needs to get the money from them. How do we know that they did not get paid .
