Stick Bills™

I got screwed big time recently. Also they lied to me. My vehicle had an intermittent no crank problem. I was towed by AAA to one of their repair stations. After 4 or 5 days they said it was the starter. So a new starter was installed. When I went to pick it up, the car would not crank, same problem as before, the bill was $330.28 (I had already paid the bill) but they promised to remove the new starter and re-install the old one for free and also to remove the $330.28 charge to my credit card. Also, at this time I was told to get a rental car and AAA would pay for that while my car was still at AAA Repair.

After another 5 days, they still had not fixed my car, but finally told me to take it and see. The problem was not fix that was 5 weeks ago and AAA has not made good on any of their promises to me and I still have the problem plus the next day after I picked up the car, the check engine light was on and the cruise control did not work. When I ask about those, the Service Manager, Tracy Brown, Alexis Road, Toledo Ohio location, said nothing they did would cause those problems, lol, was not there before. AAA does not have the knowledge or skills to do auto repair, maybe oil changes, flat tires. So I am advising you do not take your vehicle to aaa car care plus.
