I own a Maruti Swift and I got it damaged in a road accident. When called the Maruti helpline, I was advised to report a nearby authorized service station. Then I reported to M/S Pallavi Motors, Guwahati(Renowned authorized Maruti Dealer cum Service station) hopefully to get my car repaired. The concerned person received my car assuring delivery exactly after one month. Till then it was good.

Then started the real story. My car was kept aside without any proceedings up to a min. of 15 days(halfway to delivery). Even they did not inform me about any requirements during this period. No doubt it does not matter how long they wasted away, as they could repair and deliver in remaining 15 days also, may be. When I asked about the things, I got surprised with the way the concerned officials at insurance claim section behaved me.

I have never found them professional and trained to that level to deal with the valued customers(as the Maruti claim so). Whatever may be the issue they should have helped me in getting my car repaired at pallavi only. As per my knowledge is concern they are there to take care the customers with full satisfactions, as the Maruti and Dealer run with customers only. Finally I got my car back without repair at pallavi and got repaired at another authorized work station comfortably. This is really shameful for pallavi.
