Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one.

When they opened up the pool earlier this year they did the following:

1) Forgot to put the ladder in.
2) Did not turn on the gas line for the heater to work.

3) Snapped in the pool lights but did not tighten the screws. Water entered and the light was blown. $600.00 value gone in an instant.

After I called to mention the above they were quick to cancel my scheduled pool closing. I paid them to open my pool and to do an inspection which all the above should have been performed. It is their responsibility to ensure that it is done properly. Unfortunately the people they sent are not experienced and therefore did not do a good job.
