Poor Customer Service, Still Repossessed Vehicle

This company made payment arrangements with my son after he lost his job. I helped him to keep the arrangements. They still repossessed his vehicle. We called to ask why after we had kept our part of the arrangements. We had all the information and the name of the person we spoke with. They would not talk to us.

I have never been blatantly lied to by a company representative especially after we did everything in our power after he lost his job. We called them immediately and made all the arranged payments on time and for the amount that was agreed upon.
