Chase Auto hired a company to come reposes my car. I had no problem with that my problem is the company they hired destroyed my yard and septic system by driving through my yard. I understand they have a right to their property but they do not have the right to destroy your property in the process. I have filed charges against the repo company and when i called Chase to inform them of what happened they were very rude and disrespectful.

They did not even check out the company they hired because the person sent to my home was not bonded and when the police ran his record he was on probation. So that makes me wonder what all kinds of people are they sending on our property. Do not I repeat do not ever use Chase Auto. Another question why do we as taxpayers keep giving them bailout money. They are defiantly not here for the consumer.
