House was delivered to site extremely damaged, left uncovered and was water damaged after installation, walls cracked, ceilings cracked, builder TJW homes tried to get un-earned draws against construction loan and ultimately abandoned project leaving home damaged, 35% finished and then tried to sue and place mechanics lean which was ultimate abandoned.
Homeowner had to take over and finish home to the tune of an additional $150,000.00 over original price and budget. Ritz Craft failed to correct problems reported and home was left a mess. Do Not Deal With Ritz Craft Homes Gemini Division In PA Or TJW Homes in Fredericksburg Virginia as both are a rip-off.
