My husband and I purchased a home from this company in May 2008 for completion in May 2009. It is now December 2009 and it is still not finished.

Despite it being incomplete, for the purposes of them being paid and us maintaining a good mortgage rate, we took possession in August under promises of timely completion of outstanding items (finishing our floor, stoning our chimney, replacing defective siding, correcting paint & drywall flaws, installing closet doors, connecting our heat source in time for winter, fixing a water damaged wall and warped baseboards, re-installing chimney flashing so chimney stops leaking, finishing showers, and numerous small items).

I don’t believe four months is timely completion, and I do not believe many of these finishing items would have been required had they been completed properly in the first place. Their staff have proven to be unknowledgeable and are unfamiliar with what is included in their contracts.

They are similarly unknowledgeable about the products they recommend, and use products recommended by past employees as reason not to do a good job.
