Bought a coupon book for $40 from a door to door salesman coupon book had $400 of coupons 5 free oil changes plus lots of other stuff included. Made an appointment for 9am for a simple oil change got out of there at almost 11:00AM. Very hard selling tactics. You need this and this and this many hundreds of $ of repairs. I ended up getting windshield wipers that the man told me would be $9-14 per wiper ended up paying $19 per wiper plus when I got in my car.

I could immediately see that one of the wipers was not even completely attached it would have broken off the moment. I turn on the wipers, I had to go back in and have the wiper put on correctly anyway, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Ton of thieves and incompetents and will never go back one manager kept trying to get me to sign up for their credit card very unpleasant experience worse.

I’m worried that they sabotaged my car because, I didn’t get the repairs they advised wow this was a lesson learned in the school of getting. what you pay for instead of getting 5 oil changes for $40 (which is what I thought I was getting plus some extra perks) I got one questionable oil change and super cheap wipers put on incorrectly all for $88 I am an idiot you will be too if you go to Certified Tire.
