Oh my god, these complaints about Westlake Financial is so true. I have dealed with them for going on 2 yrs. Everyday I get phone calls one after the other, Some times they just hang up when u answer. The people that works there tells lies on top of lies, I mean some that I have to laugh at.

To think this company has such rude workers is scary…I dealt with them for almost 2 years and had nothing but harassment all the time. I pay my payments every month when i get my check on the 3rd, but its not due till the 5th.

As of last night, I have had all I am gonna take…At 7o Clock I received a call saying i am coming to get your truck, i am on my way now. From a man from Westlake that did not even leave a name after he asked for me.

Few minutes later I got a call from my neighbor asking me did I lose my truck to repossession, I said No. She went into telling me every time they call her, they tell her about me not paying my payments and asking her if my Truck was setting in my yard at the time. They tell my neighbors everything about my account.

That is against the law and so is harassment. I have gotten calls from westlake up to 11’o clock at night. They lie and tell me they are someone else on the phone and then when I call them back and ask for that person, they swear they never talked to me a hour before. I regret the day I had anything to do with Westlake Financial…I am not behind on my payments and I am constantly harassed, lied too and talked to like a dog on the phone.

The only man I have ever talked too and got a decent word from is HUGO and has a very nice man. He listens and will talk decent to you….but as for the rest, they suck. Almost all the men that calls my house will either say they are huge or not tell their name. When I know HUGOS voice and I know its not him.

Then they hang up when I say I know Hugos voice…One day a few months ago I got a call from Westlake saying if i didn’t pay my payment they are going bankrupt. The many things they say to people aren’t RIGHT. We don’t deserve to be treated this way. Last night when the call came from Westlake saying I am on my way to get ur truck and hung up made my decision about my Truck.

I called Westlake today after getting 4 calls already with them speaking to my brother like a mad dog, I told them since last night the harassment is not worth the trouble, I also told the man I talked too who never did give me his name, that the truck is theirs, to come get it, it isn’t worth the crap I go through. He tried to tell me no one called me last night nor today, (their number is on my caller ID 4 times today, but no one calls, BULLSHIT) now I am sick of it.

I told the unknown man on the phone I was not paying another payment to them, they can have my truck and told them to come get it. A min later they called me back, telling me if i wanted to keep the truck, to pay the payment in one hour call them back and they would consider stopping repossession. I cracked up, I said NO, you wanted the truck for over a year, come get it, its urs.

I will let my credit be hurt to keep from being harassed, lied to and treated like a dog by Westlake Financial. The ones who have gone through this themselves is the only ones who knows how I feel….I owe only a year on it, I pay a payment plus insurance over 600 dollars a month. But thanks to Westlake financial, they have forced me into giving them back the truth, with no payment due until 2 days from now.

I am desperately sick of this. I want them to come as quick as they can and get it, I will never make another payment on it. Thanks. Westlake financial for being so rude and i will not take another min of harassment from you.
