This company has changed its name to Santander assuming that by obtaining a new business name, it would cover the multitude of harassing phone calls and ridiculously high interest rates that it charges customers, however Santander is Drive and Drive is Santander. I’ve been financing my auto loan with drive for the past 2 years and the interest alone is enough to send you into bankruptcy. This is a horrible company with unfair credit practices.

I would like to be a part of the class action lawsuit against this company simply because of the unfair interest that was attached to my auto loan as well as the harassing phone calls that I’ve received on my jobs as well as my friends and family.
