No One Is Answering, Poor Customer Service

I called 1-800-allstate to obtain an auto insurance quotation. After undergoing a very lengthy and frustrating cross-examination by a virtual receptionist, my call was transferred, after which I was informed that my call was very important and that my wait time was 5 minutes. Over the 4 hour wait, a recorded message periodically informed me that my call was very important and that an insurance representative would be with me momentarily. I am still holding. Help.
