When I drove it home it had a vibration coming from one of the new tires. I dropped it off four times for them to try to fix the problem but they never could. They also NEVER DROVE THE CAR! They told me their insurance wouldn't alow them to test drive a customer's car. That's like being a doctor and not being allowed to take blood pressure! I demanded a new set of tires. They said OK and claimed to have replaced them, but never really did (I marked the tires and didn't tell them).So far I have convinced 7 people to go elsewhere.
