So I lock my keys in the car. That’s frustrating enough. I call the office, lady there is very nice polite and helpful. She tells me that the locksmith will call me and that he is on the way. I inquire about the price where she tells me it’s a minimum of $65. That’s ok with me.

I sit patiently waiting on the locksmith, after ten minutes I call the lady back to ask how long it will be before he gets there, and she tells me that he will call me and tell me how long the wait will be. He calls about 5 minutes later and tells me the wait time, and I say ok and hang up.

Why does he call back berating me about hanging up on him and not confirming with him that I still need him to come and rudely asks me where I am and where the car is and what the name of the building is and what landmarks are around, when I ask if I should give him the address he says he already has that and he needs to know what cross streets etc, at this point, am quietly livid and wondering where such an unprofessional person came from and why he is yelling at me and yet am a paying customer.

So finally he gets there 30 minutes later and he tells me that it was gonna be about 65 dollars and when he is done he flips and tells me it will be 95 dollars. He shoots out random figures and yeah 95 dollars. When I tell him that I was not pleased with the service he so generously gave me a 10 dollar discount. Am beyond mad and disappointed. Don’t use this service, am sure there are better companies with more straight forward prices.
