Hi,
My name is Amit Mangalick contact no. 9845169789, I own a Maruti Swift VXI, Reg No. KA 01 MB 8495. Due to a damage on the cross bow my rear wheels were completely worn off and hence I got the cross bow changed under insurance and got the tires replace by paying for the same from Kalayni Motors Bangalore. After two months I see that the left rear wheel is in the same condition (worn off completely) and there is a chic-chic sound coming from the right rear wheel. The car is not been driven too much after the service and this is the problem I am facing.

I guess it’s the result of the poor wheel alignment and was not fixed at the time of servicing. Also after the service the cover for the left fog lam was missing and even after complaining and requesting for the same it wasn’t provided. Now I have a feeling that the service center is not ready to accept their fault and will charge me for the replacement of the tire again. I would really appreciate if you could kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
