Over Charged For Car Remote Start InstallationFeb

Best Buy installed remote start to my car and with wrong option with which I am not able to unlock the doors after starting from remote start. After I checked and before leaving manger checked and agreed to fix the problem and because of inconvenience. He waived the extra work charges but ask to come next day, however next day different manager was there and she refuse to fulfill the promise other manager did. Lastly end up paying extra $45. Need help.
