As per company scheme widely advertised in the news papers also in the month of April 2009. I was offered exchange bonus of Rs 15000/- against exchange of my old car with the new Hyundai I10 car. But the Dealer M/s Prestige Hyundai Jabalpur (M.P.) after several reminders and pursuance with the Hyundai Motors India Limited, paid me only Rs 10000/- after 8 months on 28/10/2009, without conveying any reason for payment of less than the offered amount of Rs 15000/-.

The matter was again brought into the knowledge of the Hyundai Motors India Limited. But even after laps of about 20 days I did not get any positive response from either of the two.

Registration No of my Vehicle is MP-20 CC-1614 and the VIN/Chassis No. is Mal M51BR 9M281303. It seems that the company did not have proper control over the dealers as they not only tempers with the company scheme but also manipulate with the Ex show room price of the car.

The same Dealer has charged from one of my friends about Rs 18000/- more than the Ex show price displayed on the website. The Hyundai motors India should review their policy to improve the reliability of their dealers as their peers are more caring and customer friendly.

Subject :- I didn’t got my exchange bouns,Cash discount and corporate offer from the company.

Sir,

I have taken a Hyundai verna white car from Hilton motors Trivandrum.Before I am taking verna I have Hyundai Accent car.That time one Hilton motor executive Mr.Githin camed in my office and he given some offer to exchange my Accent car ,I signed the order form and given Rs.5000/- ( Five thousand Rupees ) cheque for booking new Hyundai verna car.

I given the all documents for getting the exchange bonus ,corporate offer and Rs 10000 /- ( Ten thousand Rupees) cash discount offer.Documents like Accent car RC book copy and letter from my company.But I didn’t got the exchange bonus,corporate bonus and Rs 10000/- cash discount from the company.

Ten days back I approached the Hilton motors office,they told me no exchange bonus, no corporate bonus and no cash discount.Then I called Mr.Githin he told me I given all documents ,but Hilton motors persons are lieing.I am requesting to please give reply as early as possible and do the needful for me.Otherwise I will go to the customer forum and I will give news to the press and media .Also I will tell my friends to don’t take Hyundai vechicle.Please revert it fast.
