I am in the market to buy a new Toyota Corolla. I contacted several dealerships via Internet for quotes. When I contacted Hollywood Toyota, I spoke to their Internet sales director Reza Laleh. He seemed courteous at first and asked me to send him all the quotes I had and vin numbers and so forth, in order for him to send me a quote.

When I never received a quote, I called back and asked him for the written quote, his tone suddenly changed and he started to be antagonistic and rude. He wrote in his emails that I was wasting his time and that I was hiding behind a computer.

His insults were extremely offensive and rude. I have never been faced with such lack of customer service. I resent the fact that a Toyota store has such an unprofessional and rude employee with zero customer service. I would highly consider a different vehicle just of the level of aggravations that this man has brought about.
