Did Not Deliver The Car Even After 18 Days

I have booked the vehicle Maruti Alto Lx Model car at M/s One up India Pvt. Ltd., Alambagh, Lucknow and paid full amount to the Company on 8 November 2009, but after a lapse of 18 days I have not yet received the car. The color of my choice is metallic micro beach. Maruti is well-reputed company, I am very shocked that the company are not in in a position to deliver the car. I have visited several times there, but their representatives are telling me what you should buy the Maruti car only and why is you coming here several times.

Sir, I request you that when I had paid full amount to the company, and they did not delivery the car after the lapse of 18 days. My bankers are pressing me to submit the original bill, when I have not received the car, How can I submit the bill to my banker. Please look into the matter and suggest me what should I do?
