I ordered books for under $15.00 and then they start charging me at 0.10 cent charge then they started charging me a $12.00 membership fee also. I never agreed to the membership.
I had to go to my bank and get a new debit card so they couldn’t keep taking money out of my account without my permission. When I called DBS they wouldn’t give me a refund.
They said they would cancel the membership but, after reading everyone else’s comments I didn’t think they would stop so that is why I asked for a new debit card. No one should buy from DBS Books.Guess I need to stick to Amazon. What a mess for a few books.
