C & W Used bookstore in Woodbridge, VA is a nice place to shop. The only problem is the owner is not nice and does not have good customer service. I have had friends tell me that she hid behind the counter and made fun of my friend’s facial features (she has muscular problems that relate to her face).
The owner is rude and condescending and does not smile. Even if this is her business, she needs to understand that she needs to provide good customer service to keep her customers.
I am personally going to start going to McKay’s Used Books in Manassas instead of this awful woman’s store.

I am a used bookstore owner/opperator and I can tell you that 99.99% of used bookstore owners are introverts. Try reading a book titled Protocols of a Used Booktore, writen by a retired book dealer. In it he lists all the things bookstore owners put up with in a day.
