I have been billed for a book “Treasury Of Health Secrets Ne” at a cost of $47.94. I have tried to explain to Louis Adamo, Collections Manager, that I didn’t order this book and I certainly haven’t received it, but to no avail.
What do I have to do to make these people understand that I don’t have their book, and neither do I want their book?
Can anyone help me?
