I ordered for Sanjeev Kapoor Khana Khazana Pack of 5 books through indiatimesshopping.com, order was confirmed with order no. 111963516, Sub order no.2603598 and payment was made online for Rs.1092/-

On 5th Oct.2009 I was informed via e-mail (indiatimesshopping@timesgroup.com) that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded in the form of Indiatimes Gift Certificate. On 7th Oct.09

I received an e-mail from customerservice@timesgroup.com as, Please find below Indiatimes Shopping Gift Certificate that can be redeemed to purchase from a wide range of products at http://shopping.indiatimes.com. But no Certificate no. was given enabling me to purchase the product. Now I am mailing them again and again but they are not responding against my mails.
