Poor Quality Of Service For Suzuki Forenza

My name is Anita Reino and I purchased a Suzuki Forenza in May 2008. I have since had driver’s seat replaced carpeting replaced 3 times, door handles replaced and molding replaced. Oh also the rear suspension was replaced after only having the car for 6 months. Now I have the car in for service at Fitzgerald Suzuki because, I have to drive an hour now to service my car.

The manufacturer should have dealers locally that can honor warranty work not make us drive so far. Well they are saying my tires are cupped and chopped the reason I found out this is because I have been complaining about knocking noises when I go over bumps. Hopefully the Service Manager can get Suzuki to give me new tires. Especially since chopped and clubbed tires are primarily due to suspension problems. That dealer Suzuki of Lakeland really ripped me off big time.
