Very crooked and dishonest. We found a great deal on-line at Crystal Motors on a Honda that we had been searching for, so went to check it out. The vehicle drove nice and was very clean. We were told we could take it home over night to think about it. We really liked it, had low miles, and were a great price but they couldn’t produce a carfax that matched the Vin on the Honda we were driving. We were also told that the extra keys had not been turned in with the vehicle but their guy could make an extra set of keys much cheaper than the dealer.
We got a bad feeling about the place and decided to think about it for another day. We then searched the internet for reviews on Crystal Motors something we should have done 3 days ago! Apparently they have used the missing key story many times, and in the end simply produced the original key calling it the new key. We were lucky, we did our homework (a bit late), and got out of there before we made a very bad purchase.
