Worst Service For Tata Sumo Grande

I bought a Tata Sumo Grande EX TCIC, the same was delivered to me on 6th November 2009. The effort by the dealer was Zero to make me purchase, In fact they did not have any brochure or catalogue for the model. They gave me the specs of Sumo grande dicor and said that the features are same for the variants except for the engine which will be turbo. At the time of booking I came to know that it is not the same. And the executive just said Sorry.

I was promised that the tool kit, tool case, bulbs and triangle, Owner’s manual, Battery warranty card, Service Coupons on 7th November 2009. Today its 2nd December 2009 almost a month, since I took the delivery. Now the executive is not answering my calls, the dealer says they will call me back with the details, but they never call.

I have personally visited the dealer twice and my staff visited more than 5 times. Now the car is due for 1st service, I am unable to go long distance without tool kit. It is totally irresponsible and negligence of the dealer. Please give a second thought if you are going to book your Tata vehicle through VST motors. Tata Sumo Grande EX TCIC as such is a excellent vehicle, but the service offered by the dealer is poor and gives a bad impression on the whole on Tata.
