Poor Service And Wrong Commitments

I have called gulzar motors, Ludhiana (punjab) several times to one phone no. 0161-2541777, that i have to get my car serviced bearing registration no PB10CA 6121 on 30.11.2009. The person on phone line committed that tomorrow 01.12.2009 our driver will come to you at 9.00 am to pick your car and get it serviced but no one came. I ever had a bad experience from maruti.
