Wrong Commitment to Deliver Car

I had booked i20 magna on 23/25 November 2009. I was promised to deliver car on 7 December. 2009 but till 11 December. 2009, I have not receive car or any status information of dispatch. I this behavior continue. I have to withdraw my claim on car and cancel the order.
