I went to Honda City to get a new leased car. I specifically told Bruce, the salesman that I just paid my Dec lease payment 2 days prior, he said, no problem; we will take care of that. My old lease was up Feb 2010. So we talk, I also spoke with Mr.Pepe, and an agreement was made as far as monthly payments. The next day I go back to pick-up my new lease, pay the registration, tax fee and get informed I also paid Dec lease payment.

I say to Bruce there is a problem I now have paid 2 separate lease payments in less than 5 days and only have 1 car, He says he will speak to the manager Wed and call me back, needless to say he never called me back, I called and spoke with Kenny says he was a manager, I ask they apply the extra payment to the new lease and he counter offers with, after the winter why don’t you come in and we will wax your car for free. No thanks Kenny, I plan on to file a complaint with NYS Attorney General Office.
