Ford repossessed my vehicle on December 11.2009, I know I was behind $55.00 October, November payment and December payment totaling $1049.00. I own a business and it has been slow. I have been sending them money every day to try to get this paid, $40, $20, $10. Whatever I can. When they came to get the truck i could not understand why. The gentlemen called ford for me I spoke with Lisa.

I was told they sent a writ of possession in September to my post box. (post office box Closed) I told her I did not get it, her answer was well it was not returned. I asked her why she was taking the truck and was told by her the payments i made were not expectable and I needed to hand over the truck. I asked her if there was something we could work out and was told to call redemption. She was very rude and unwilling to help me.

I called redemption and was told that I needed to pay $2100.00 in 10 days or they would sell the truck. I only owner $1049.00, they want me to pay for January, late fees and repossession charge. I was having a hard time coming up with what I owed now I need double the amount. Ford Credit is hard to deal with they do not listen when you speak to them. when you are having problems paying and you try to deal with them to let them know what is going on they make you feel like a low life and pretty much force you into committing an amount you can’t pay at the time. Don’t get me wrong we need to pay our debts, but sometimes a little understanding and help can get us through the hard times.
