Messed Up With Two Appointments And Service is Worst

Lester Glenn does not live up to Good service. They have messed up 2 appointments in the past and today I had a 3 O’clock for my free oil change. I was scheduled for 3 PM, but arrived earlier (2:15) because I wasn’t feeling well. Their service coordinator spends all her time chit chatting on the phone, their waiting area smells from stale coffee and stale sugar donuts.

It was disgusting. The place was empty and after almost 30 minutes, I asked why my car had not been taken in for service. She (the chit chatting coordinator) said I had to wait till 3PM. My scheduled appt Left. Lester Glenn can shove their so called free oil changes up their proverbial. I go to Smittys and I am in and out in 20 minutes or less for $25.00. I love my Hyundai, but I hate Lester Glenn.
