My Wife and I went into the car dealership and were promised an alarm with the vehicle. The alarm is a factory option, we were told to bring the key fob into any Kia dealer and tell them it needed to be reset. The Key Fob was for a Sedona not the Serento we actually purchased. We were also deceived as others on this website were when it came to the internet advertised price and the actual price when we went into the dealer.
