I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. I purchase with approximately 26000.00 miles for around 20,000.00 the car currently had 68000.00 miles and has been in the shop since 1/2. I was recently told the engine a 2.7V6 is covered in sludge and needs replaced at a cost of around 8000.00. Chrysler denied my warranty stating I failed to maintain the vehicle even though I have receipts for every oil change done-all at 3000 miles. When trying to contact Chrysler I’m simply told the decision stands.
I did some research on the engine and have found the engine is faulty and Chrysler knows the issue and the company is refusing all warranties. I refuse to be a victim and have found many consumers who are willing to join a class action lawsuit. If you’re interested let me know and I’ll forward the information to my legal representation. Let’s fight back.
